About GGNE, Inc
Established in 1998 to provide technical programming support for various engineering companies. Main client for the last seventeen years has been the Texas Department of Transportation under a full-time professional services contract. Various other contracts were undertaken with Fugro Consultants, Inc.,Applied Engineering of Elgin, TX, Kerr-McGee Oil Company(now Anadarko) of Houston, TX, and NexTech Solutions, Inc. of Dallas, TX.

Consulting services provided to companies setting up networks, developing web applications, writing technical documentation, web page development, database design and implementation, Google Map API development,and providing additional technical support as needed.  Current development platforms are Windows10 down to XP, and multiple UNIX operating systems using software development languages of C#, C++, C, VB6, vb.NET, FORTRAN, Pascal(Delphi), Perl, SQL Server, MySQL, and UNIX shell scripting.

Fluent in Spanish.

GGNE developed the State of Texas Ride Quality Program which is now required for all Texas highway pavement contracts.

Geophysicist, geologist and engineering programmer.

Over 40 years experience working in the engineering and geologic field.  Companies worked for prior to forming GGNE include the US Army Corp of Engineers, Exxon, GTS, Gulf Oil, Chevron, Digicon Geophysical Corp., Southwest Geoscience and Assoc., Forest Oil Company, Landmark Graphics, Amerada Hess, Greenhill Petroleum, Mesa Petroleum, and Pioneer Natural Resources. Twenty years as a petroleum explorationist resulting in finding enough oil to fuel the entire United States for almost one day.

He currently lives and works in Austin, Texas and devotes a large part of his time in building a light weight portable profiling system.

GGNE is fully insured with a $1,000,000 professional liability policy including errors and omissions, and worker's compensation from the Hartford Insurance Company.  A certificate of insurance can be supplied upon request.
